    The handbook describes co-payment subsidies for eligible university-funded assistants and payroll deduction. The amount, end date and reason for any later change remain unresolved.

    A later draft handbook describes tuition coverage without the older health co-payment language. That omission is a research lead, not proof of when a subsidy ended.
